Hajime began his career at NTT Communications, where he oversaw sales team operations and managed accounts for some of the largest Japanese enterprises. Over the past 12 years, he has held key Head of Sales and Country Manager roles at technology companies based in the U.S. and Europe, such as Marin Software, IDH Media, OpenClassroms, and Sprinklr. Hajime is passionate about helping Japanese enterprises adopt next-generation technologies to address critical business challenges. Most recently, he gained experience in Generative AI by consulting at Givery, a leading Japanese company in the generative AI space.
